Restonomy aims to be a journey through creativity and innovation of chefs and their restaurants. Get ready to do a gastronomic world tour, to discover new trends and to explore new business models in the restaurants industry. It’s intended to both chefs as foodies who want to learn more about this line of business.

Who am I ?
Soon graduated from the M.Sc. in Strategy from HEC Montréal, gastronomy, and more generally, the restaurant industry has always been a passion of mine. Moreover, My M.sc. thesis focuses on this line of business: I studied business model innovation in the haute cuisine industry and have invented the first classification.
At HEC MONTREAL, I also had the opportunity to create a culinary club called « L’Ordre des Tabliers » which offers cooking classes, culinary events and networking activities.
Since January 2012, I advise several restaurants and this summer, in partnership with the Institute de Tourisme et d’Hôtellerie du Québec, I will explore innovation in Montreal
